My Journey as a Therapist

My practice was born out of frustration from trying to find a therapist for my non-binary family member. I realized there are simply not enough trans-affirming providers so I set out to become part of the change I wanted to see - and signed up to attend a WPATH training six years ago.

Things took an unexpected turn almost four years ago during quarantine, when I found I had too much time on my hands. Suddenly I started seeing connections I had missed and began doing a deep dive into the world of neurodivergence. After close to three years of paid consultations, trainings, and research--- I uncovered some self-realizations and insights to help clients understand their brains more fully.

I firmly believe you are the expert in your own life and that I am just here to help you see things in a different light. I believe we all have an inner knowing and that trauma and ableism teach us not to trust our intuition. I am here to remind you that you have all the answers you need and together we can learn to access them.
